Oprah Winfrey Network continues to bring us exciting soaps and this year’s summer release promises another winner. After Greenleaf and The Haves and Have Nots, the network brings another drama that revolves around Atlanta families locked in struggle in Ambitions TV Show.

Ambitions Series Plot
Ambitions series follows the Lancaster family and the Hughes as the two women – Stephanie and Amara – will use any and all means to get where they want.
Stephanie Lancaster comes from a long line of distinguished attorneys, and desperately wants to be in charge of her family’s prestigious law firm. She will stop at nothing to get what she wants.
Amara Hughes is the new lawyer in the U.S. Attorney’s Office arriving in Atlanta with her husband, Titus. Originally from Texas, she is quickly gaining attention from the U.S. Attorney’s Office as a diligent investigator and prosecutor.
Evan Lancaster is the Mayor of Atlanta, married to attorney Stephanie Carlisle. Evan’s dream is to be the first African-American governor of Georgia and there’s no line he won’t cross to get there.
Amara’s husband Titus has accepted the challenge of being in-house counsel for a big pharma company run by Hunter Purifoy to fight a class action suit brought by the powerful Carlisle family.
As lives of these ambitions and powerful people get intertwined, the series explores the sexy, deceitful machinations of love, power and politics in America’s hottest urban mecca.
