Truly, Madly, Sweetly movie follows Natalie and Eric as they are forced to work together in the most unlikely of circumstances. Natalie owns a food truck and sells cupcakes in San Francisco. Eric is a divorced dad to a little girl, Lily and a finance manager in the same city. The two are introduced when he bumps into Natalie.
However, that is not the only chance encounter. The same day the two receive a letter from a lawyer, who later informs then that they have inherited parts of the same property that belonged to Eric’s aunt Bae. Eric wants to sell off the bakery and the space behind the building bequeathed to Natalie.
But when their efforts to sell are thwarted by the property’s Heritage status, the two decide to renovate the bakery and start a business. Although not interested in a relationship, Natalie is slowly drawn to Eric’s charms as they begin to work together on the business project.
When Courtney’s, their real estate agent, last-minute announcement that she has a buyer for the building leaves Natalie feeling betrayed by Eric. On the eve of their opening day a fire breaks out in the bakery, bringing Eric and Natalie together again to save the business with the help of their friends, and forge a relationship that looks like it can withstand anything.

Hallmark Channel kicks off Fall Harvest 2018 in style with this new romance-drama. Truly Madly Sweetly movie is as mushy as ever with some new elements and more drama and twist. We see the protagonist already living her dream, but then it just gets better. But then when everything seems to come together, the dream she never dreamed of gets shattered by unseen events. The movie focuses equal parts on romance and drama and inspires viewers to believe in hard work and love.
