This world is full of injustices and bullies who will try to meet their objectives with any means necessary. And while we all hate that, not every one is a fighter. We all need someone, once in a while to swoop in and help us fight the bad guys. The first movie in the series was about McCall getting fed up of the goons taking advantage of simple folks and preying them, in Equalizer 2 movie we see him fight a more personal battle as the past catches up with him.

Equalizer 2 Movie Plot
In the first movie we saw McCall struggle with himself as he moved around in a daze looking to find a purpose. Susan, his one-time handler and friend, gave him that purpose and helped him as he began helping people who needed it and delivered justice.
Now, in Equalizer 2 movie, Robert MacCall is trying to reconnect with people around him and moved to an apartment off Massachusetts Avenue, Boston. The new place is doing him a lot of good too. He is friends with his neighbors and has started mentoring a teenager names Miles who lives with his single mother.
He soon finds out that Miles is falling into some bad habits and bad company. But when Susan is murdered by unknown assailants, McCalls world collapses around him and he embarks on a mission to seek vengeance. He gets in touch with his former cell operatives – a group of highly skilled assassins that were a part of government operations and completed the toughest missions.
Reunited, they travel to McCall’s one time home during a category 5 hurricane to bring Plummer’s killers to justice.
