Gotti Movie Plot
Gotti movie follows John Gotti and traces his life from the streets of New York to becoming the most feared mob boss who commanded huge respect and following among his men. His hold over his people allowed him to evade law and survive where many like him perished.
A young Gotti found his way into Gambino family, and ultimately with his cunning and guile, replaced the family head to become the the leader of the Gambino crew. Where most of his ilk preferred to stay away from the limelight, Gotti had the smarts and the charm to entertain the media and took every opportunity to talk to them.
Gotti also focuses on the relationship between father and son, when John Jr. approaches his father for his blessing to leave the crime syndicate. While in prison, Gotti Sr. is forced to reexamine his life and priorities, and determine if for the first time in his life, he can put the needs of his family over those of “The Family.”
