While there will be many new shows premiering in Fall, it is always good to know that there will be another season of your favorite TV series. After all, new shows are a hit or a miss. CBS renews most of the Crime dramas ans political dramas. However, fans of Elementary will be disappointed to know that there won’t be a new season. Criminal Minds too will come to an end this year after a successful run and won’t make it to the CBS 2018-19 Returning Shows list.

Blue Bloods
Blue Bloods is a drama about a multi-generational family of cops dedicated to New York City law enforcement. Debuted in 2010, the series will return for a ninth season.
Bull
Brilliant, brash and charming, Dr. Bull is the ultimate puppet master as he combines psychology, human intuition and high tech data to learn what makes jurors, attorneys, witnesses and the accused tick. The series premiered in 2016 and will return for a third season.
Hawaii Five-O
Hawaii Five-O is a contemporary take on the classic series about an elite federalized task force whose mission is to wipe out the crime that washes up on the islands’ sun-drenched beaches. Now in its eighth season, it will return for the ninth season.
Madam Secretary
Madam Secretary stars Téa Leoni as Elizabeth McCord, the shrewd, determined Secretary of State who drives international diplomacy, battles office politics and circumvents protocol as she negotiates global and domestic issues, both at the White House and at home. Perhaps we will see Elizabeth McCord as the President in the new season?
MacGyver
Macgyver, a reimagining of the classic series, is an action-adventure drama about 20-something Angus “Mac” MacGyver, who creates a clandestine organization within the U.S. government where he uses his extraordinary talent for unconventional problem solving and his vast scientific knowledge to save lives.
NCIS
With liberal doses of humor, NCIS is a show that focuses on the sometimes complex and always amusing dynamics of a team forced to work together in high-stress situations. The enigmatic team of original NCIS will return for a 16th season sometime this fall.
NCIS: Los Angeles
NCIS: Los Angeles is a drama about the high-stakes world of a division of NCIS that is charged with apprehending dangerous and elusive criminals, who pose a threat to the nation’s security. First aired in 2009, the series will return for its tenth season in late 2018.
NCIS: New Orleans
NCIS: New Orleans is a drama about the local field office that investigates criminal cases involving military personnel in The Big Easy, a city known for its music, entertainment and decadence.
The Big Bang Theory
Leonard and Sheldon are brilliant physicists – geniuses in the laboratory but socially challenged everywhere else. Enter beautiful, street-smart neighbor Penny, who aims to teach them a thing or two about life.
Young Sheldon

S.WA.T
Inspired by the television series and the feature film, S.W.A.T. TV Show stars Shemar Moore as a locally born and raised S.W.A.T. sergeant newly tasked to run a specialized tactical unit that is the last stop in law enforcement in Los Angeles.
Survivor
The adventure reality show now in its 36th season is renewed for another adventure in 2018 and will return with a new theme and new contestants.
The Amazing Race
The Amazing Race is a reality series hosted by Emmy Award-nominated host Phil Keoghan, where teams of two embark on a trek around the world. At every destination, each team must compete in a series of challenges, some mental and some physical, and only when the tasks are completed will they learn of their next location.
