Bollywood hasn’t had a great 2018 until now. With only a couple of movie releases that were appealing enough to push you toward the theaters, the Box Office performance has been mostly lackluster. Blackmail movie however, seems like an exciting option with ingredients of a thriller cloaked in comedy.

Blackmail Movie Story
We know Abhinay Deo (24) can make compelling thrillers. But the director has a bag of surprises here in this movie that comes across as a comedy shot with a Thriller movie flavor. Blackmail follows a middle-aged husband who walks on his wife having a affair. Instead getting into a confrontation, he decided to use the transgression to blackmail wife’s boyfriend and earn some money.
However, his plans fall through and getting the ransom seems more tougher than he thought. Not only is the boyfriend penniless, there are other around him who catch him executing his plan. They too, like him, decide to blackmail him instead of helping him.
What ensues is a comedy of errors that promises to culminate into chaos and reminds us of movies like the original Golmaal and Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro.
