The Last OG TV Show Plot

The Last OG TV Show follows an ex-con who is shocked to see just how much the world has changed when he is released on good behavior from a 15-year prison stint.

Returning to his newly gentrified Brooklyn neighborhood, he discovers that his former girlfriend, Shay (Haddish), has married an affable, successful white man who is helping raise Tray’s twin sons who he never knew existed.

Wanting nothing more than to connect with his kids, but having neither the money to support them nor himself, Tray falls back on the skills he learned in prison to make ends meet while treading unfamiliar territory.

Episode 1

The series opens on a flashback to 2002 and see the night that Tray gets arrested. 15 years later, Tray leaves prison, checks into a halfway house, reconnects with his now adult cousin Bobby, and is shocked to learn that his ex Shay not only married a white guy, but also kept the 15-year-old twins that Tray clearly fathered a secret from him.

Episode 2

After getting turned down for a job at a high-end restaurant, Tray stumbles into a position at a chain coffee shop. The twist – it’s owned by Wavy, the drug dealer that Tray took the fall for.
