Grades are an important part of school work. And although kids should be encouraged to pursue other arts and sports, it is always good to have above average grades as a back up plan. Karen is a single mother who must juggle work and her kids. Partially blaming herself for her daughter Emily’s grades, Karen decides to hire a tutor for her. Devin comes across as the perfect teacher who can help Emily bridge the gap in her grades.
But as he begins to tutor Emily, he cannot help but think his ex girlfriend. Emily seems to be a spitting image of his ex-girlfriend. The girlfriend that he has left at the bottom of a hill. Will Devin repeat his past and is Emily destined to a similar fate? Or will Karen find out the truth before Devin can get his hands on Emily?
