In an unusual and engaging mystery, our postal amateur detectives to go on a road trip across Colorado look for a boy abducted in the 80s, in the Signed Sealed and Delivered movie on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries this week. Although years have past, they are determined what became of the boy and embark on an investigation that only increases in intensity as the movie progresses.

Signed Sealed and Delivered movie story revolves around a seven year old boy the search for him. The boy (Christian Convery) leaves a trail of clues as to his whereabouts as he and his mom (Jamie-Lynn Sigler) travel from place to place in Colorado. The clues take the form of photos shot with a disposable camera he found in a hotel ballroom during an ’80s-themed party.
After taking one final photo he drops the camera into a mailbox outside a lodge west of Pueblo. At the Dead Letter Office, Oliver (Eric Mabius) and Norman (Geoff Gustafson) work in Norman’s newly established laboratory, while Shane (Kristin Booth) and Rita (Crystal Lowe) review the latest box of incoming miscellaneous objects. As the four POstables check out one of the items – the disposable camera the boy had earlier used – Norman develops the photos contained therein and the final photo reveals a handwritten note that says “Find me, Daddy. We’re in grey car. I want to go home.”
It appears that a child could have been in trouble, and even though the photo is assumed to be nearly 30 years old, the Postables’ commitment is unwavering. They must find the child, who they assume to be an adult by now. Thus, the Postables set out together on a road trip in the vintage Starcruiser RV Rita’s parents have given her and Norman.
As the team uncovers clues and inches their way closer to the truth on the open road, relationships are deepened. Shane finally reveals to Oliver a painful secret, plans are made for Rita and Norman’s upcoming nuptials, and Norman’s deepest fears bubble to the surface, only to be completely understood and loved away by his bride-to-be.
The team soon discovers that while the camera was vintage 1980s, the photos were taken only three weeks prior, which increases their urgency in locating a young boy who may be in danger. A series of misfortunes and unexpected kindnesses lead the boy and his mother on their journey and seem to keep them one step ahead of the Postables, while the dogged determination of Oliver, Shane, Rita and Norman pushes them onward towards the truth.
