Some marriages are made in heaven and some are fulfilled on Earth. However, for many of those who rush in to tick off the mandatory check box, soon realize that they made a big mistake. After a decade of married life and kids, Frances realizes that her life is not what she imagined and her relationship with her husband isn’t what she dreamt of in HBO’s comedy TV Series. After their patchy effort to reconcile and then separation, in Divorce Season 2, Frances and Robert are realizing that there is no magic wand to rebuild their lives.

Divorce Season 2 Plot
Divorce TV series season 1 follows Frances and her husband Robert as they decide to separate. Helping Frances cope is her friend Diane who has a successful husband, a beautiful house and no children. Dallas who has been widowed and divorced proves to be a strong emotional support. The first season focused on how Frances and Robert go through a difficult and a long divorce. How they grapple with the fallout from their failing marriage, not just for themselves, but also for their children and friends, ranging from awkward public encounters to difficult private therapy sessions.
Divorce Season 2 begins in the aftermath of their separation. Frances and Robert are learning to rebuild their lives independently, even as they stay entangled through their kids and mutual friends. Focusing on careers, new relationships and finding ways to be happy again, they learn that pursuing the next chapter will be more complicated than they imagined.

Episode 12
Frances is forced to deal with Lila’s growing resentment toward her. After his coworkers encourage him to get back in the game, Robert reconnects with Janice, who tries to help him live out a fantasy. Diane blindsides Frances with a setup, and Dallas attempts to call things off with Tony Silvercreek.
Episode 13
After helping her new friend, Andrew, appraise art, an inspired Frances tries to track down an unknown painter. Diane attempts to ignore her issues with Nick by throwing herself into the gallery. Sparks fly when Robert shows his house to a realtor.
Episode 14
When Robert’s dad falls ill, Robert and Frances reunite in Ohio, where they reminisce about happier times, and deal with Robert’s overbearing sister, Cathy. Back in Hastings-on-Hudson, Tom jumps at the chance to chauffeur Diane (Molly Shannon) around town in her luxury car.
Episode 15
Frances learns that Robert has a new woman in his life, and enlists Diane and Dallas to get intel on her before Lila’s 13th birthday party.
