7 Hours to Go is a hostage thriller based on true events. Bollywood is on a true-event story movie spree. The movie has something new. We haven’t had many hostage dramas or thrillers in Hindi cinema and this should enthuse audiences.
Arjun witnesses a murder and fears that he will be arrested and prosecuted for the crime. Now, apperently, he has only one option. To get the crime solved in seven hours. I guess we will come to know about why seven hours in the movie. To keep his name clear and out of the crime, Arjun decides to take a few people hostage and force the police to solve the crime in seen hours. The situation is further complicated as the events unfold on the most busy day in Mumbai – the day of Ganesh Visarjan.
7 Hours to Go Music Review
7 Hours to Go has a short soundtrack with just three songs with a couple with two different versions. Which is good for a thriller.

The music can be fit into the slow rock genre and is like most tracks that Bollywood churns out currently. The songs are melodious and you want mind listening to them when played on the radio during your commute. But do not have the pull that will make you play them on your own.
Every soundtrack must have at least one dance number. Here it is Dalinder Dance. Which is forgettable. If you don’t find the music pedestrian, the lyrics will surely drive you away. And if that is not bad enough, the remix version adds some electronic sounds that defy all notions of rhythm. This could be any of the local remixes that blare on the loud speakers on Indian streets.
MovieRecipe Pick: Tere Naina, if you insist.
