Netflix brings another international original with the dark comedy drama 50m2 series this week. The series comes from Turkey with some of the most celebrated film personalities behind the project. The series follows a mysterious hitman as he tries to search his true self as he runs fromhis mentor.
What is 50m2 Netflix Series About?
50m2 Netflix series follows Golge as he hides on fifty square meter store space while hiding from his mentor.
Getting a second chance is easy, but making use of it is more difficult than one thinks. Gölge is doing the dirty work for Servet Nadir, whom he considers to be his father and mentor.
Golge does not remember anything about his childhood, and is pursuing the one photograph that ties him to his past. With all the secrets of Servet nadir in his hands, Golge is now on the run and hunted.
He suddenly finds himself living in a 50 meter square tailor shop in a foreign neighborhood. While hiding in there until the situation settles down, he discovers those in the neighborhood think that he is the son of the deceased store-owner.
However, he quickly realizes that maintaining this identity won’t be as easy as he thinks. The more he lives in this new neighborhood, the more he will discover the secrets about his past and his real identity, the more he helps those around him, the more he will become someone else.
What is the Cast of 50m2 Series?
The eight-part dark comedy series stars Engin Ozturk, Aybuke Pusat, Kursat Alniacik, Cengiz Bozkurt among others. Burak Aksak develops the series that premieres worldwide on January 27 2021.
